ITEM 1C. CYBERSECURITY
The Company’s approach to cybersecurity is based on the nature of its operations, its size and its available resources. As of the date of this Annual Report, the Company has not adopted a standalone written cybersecurity risk management program and does not maintain a dedicated internal information security team. Instead, the Company manages cybersecurity risks through management oversight, use of standard security features provided by third-party service providers, account access controls, software updates, periodic backups and engagement of outside technology service providers on an as-needed basis.
